  1. Shipping:
    1. Product are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order and may take upto 3 – 5 working days to reach you.
    2. Free shipping for all orders
    3. Shipping Availability : We currently only ship to customers within India. If you are outside of India and are interested in purchasing from Swiss Yarn, please contact us for further information.

2. Processing Time :

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing time may take longer. If your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Time :

Delivery time will depend on your shipping method and location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. 

Shipping Costs :

Shipping all over India is Free

Order Tracking :

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.

2. Cash on Delivery:

We provide Cash on delivery.

In any case where delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified within 48 hrs of placing the order. In case of prepaid orders the full amount shall be refunded back within 1-2 working days of notifying the customer.

  1. Returns:

We accept returns in the following scenarios if request is raised within 3 days after Delivery:

  • Wrong product 
  • Misprints on the Packaging
  • Delivered in damaged condition
  • Received a product near to Expiry Date

Eligibility for Refund :

  • All refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Refunds will not be granted for products that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way.

4. Refund Process:

  • Contact Swiss Yarn customer service to initiate the refund process.
  • Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Once the refund request has been approved, product will be picked up by delivery boy .
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Swiss Yarn will process the refund within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Method :
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, Swiss Yarn will issue a store credit or customer can share the Bank Details in which they wish to receive the refund .
